The role and responsibilities include:

1. Accountable for end to end change delivery across Regulatory/Audit, Payment Products and Centrally run initiatives with direct impact to the existing suite of Regulatory Reports [approx. 2,000]
2. Liaise with external and internal stakeholders to fully understand strategic plans and roadmaps for future changes across various Regulatory Directives, Technical Migrations, Payment Product landscape, on-boarding of new clients, large programs delivering markets and industry initiatives
3. Manage re-prioritization of all change requests identifying cross dependencies across other Product Owners
4. Work with Global Change Centre of Excellence to assess and allocate required resources to assist with Requirements Capture and Testing 
5. Acting as the main point of contact between teams and stakeholders, strategizing and presenting ideas to stakeholders, stakeholders informed of the status of the product
   1. Work with Scrum Masters to report on change progress, resource utilization, etc. 
   2. Manage Technical FTE allocation to successfully deliver changes within the agreed timelines and prioritizations
   3. Leading the development process, managing and prioritizing product backlog items.
   4. Assisting the scrum/product development team to meet the objectives of each sprint, adjusting and improving each iteration of the product before release, identifying areas of improvement
   5. Participate in the overall Change Management continuous improvement initiatives; close liaison with RegOps Data Management and Governance teams
