Oversees manufacturing process based on specific technologies (Assembly) by developing and executing, new product & process launching strategies, continuous improvement strategies based on AOP and growth projections for the site.

You will also be responsible for: 

• Responsible for OEE, FPY and RTY improvement thru planning and execution of improvement strategies and execution.
• Responsible to maintain updated the documentation of the processes.
• Responsible to develop, audit, follow and keep updated PFMEA and processes standards based on manufacturing documentation.
• Responsible to implement the lean principles and use Six Sigma tools in the cells such like: one-piece flow, takt time, line balancing, standard work etc. on a team approach with the supervisor and shop floor personnel.

Your background:

• Bachelor degree on Mechanical, Electronic, Mechatronic, Industrial Engineering.
• +1  year minimum experience in Manufacturing Engineering (Automotive industry environment).
• Experience with Plant wide project, example: Layout change, new machinery & Equipment implementation, new machinery & Equipment upgrade
• English 80%
• Knowledge in the use of equipment’s and tools of the related areas (i.e. Assembly, PLC) (desirable)
