As the Technology Integrity Master Software, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the maturity of software from end to end. Your responsibilities include implementing the latest processes, adhering to industry standards, and integrating lessons learned throughout the development and problem-solving phases. You will assess software maturity at various product milestones, offer support and evaluation for mitigation actions, and provide comprehensive reports to PA leaders and GBE leadership regarding the status of product development risks.

You will be responsible for:

• Evaluate the maturity of software products and identify associated risks at different milestones.
• Provide detailed reports to product assurance leadership, highlighting the decision (Go/NoGo) and associated risks during Risk Management Council meetings.
• Ensure the timely resolution of Launch Issue Reports and high-severity JIRA tickets using best practices like the 8D methodology within the specified closure time.
• Drive continuous evaluation of software risks and provide support for implementing effective mitigation strategies.

You will fit into the team with this profile:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with a focus on power electronics, motor controls, embedded software, or electromagnetics.
• At least 5 years of experience in systems engineering, covering both hardware and software development.
• Experience in systems engineering, particularly in high-speed motors and powertrain applications.
• Previous involvement in product launches is advantageous.
• Proficient in Software Technical Leadership, ASPICE, and ISO 26262 standards.
• Expertise in risk management and adept problem-solving skills.
