Document Services Operator - Imaging

Job Description 

To provide scanning services and related activities for Hertz departments. 

 

A Day in the Life- What You’ll Do: 

 

  • Prepare, batch, scan and validate all required documents, including hard and soft copy preparation and scanning within the required timeframe. 
  • Liaise with Hertz departments regarding queries and issues with imaging. 
  • Track and report on daily volumes of activity and adherence to SLA. 
  • Ensure that all scanning processes are running smoothly and all batches are processed through the systems in a timely manner (including poller and batch manager inspection) and that issues are escalated as required. 
  • Validation reporting of documents available in the depository. 
  • Monitoring the imaginghesc mailbox and responding and dealing with queries in the appropriate timeframe. 
  • To review operations on a regular basis and propose changes which will increase efficiency & reduce costs as part of our continuous improvement culture. 
  • To compile reports as requested by the Document Service Manager, Project Manager or Technology Management on cost, operational issues and to input and track all daily costs to facilitate budgeting.  
  • To ensure any other administration work required is carried out in a timely fashion. 
  • To assist in other daily operational tasks as requested by the Document Service Manager, Project Manager or Technology Management. 
  • To provide cover for other Document Services functions, including package shipping, document archival, document destruction, mailing services etc.
