We are seeking a dynamic and organized Prototype Planner to join our team and play a crucial role in managing customer relationships and ensuring seamless logistics and planning activities.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Define, implement and monitor the logistics and internal planning, supply, and delivery processes;
• Maintain a permanent relationship with customers to establish and follow the requests and the changes requested by them. 
• Ensure great communication (acts as interface) between customers / suppliers and the Proto Operations Manager
• Manage the forecast of customer requests in the short-medium term;
• Ensure compliance with the daily and weekly delivery plan;
• Ensure the availability of direct and indirect materials in accordance with the monthly delivery plan and inventory targets;
• Participate in the daily scheduling of prototype production; sets priorities in planning;
• Monitor and optimise the costs for special transports to/from customers and scrap from prototypes processes;
• Monitor annually VOC from proto clients, leads the analysis and establishment of improvement actions, ensures their implementation;
• Approve the quality system documentation, specific to the department, for the logistic and planning processes.
• Direct responsible of below KPIs for dedicated customers
  - Customer logistics incidents
  - OTTR & OTTC
  - Past Due, DOS
  - VOC (Voice Of Customer)
  - Inventory level & accuracy
  - Excess & Obsolete Stocks 
  - Premium Freights 
   

 

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in Logistics or supply chain

 

Qualification:

• Bachelor degree, preferably in Engineering

 

Key skills:

• Solid knowledge of Production processes, Logistics and Planning processes
• Advanced English language
• Very good knowledge of ERP system (SAP system preferred)
• Good computer skills: Office Suite (Excel at medium-high level) & Operating Systems
• Technical drawing understanding is an advantage
• Very good communication skills (both written and verbal) and team leadership
• Rigorous compliance with commitments and deadlines
• Capacity to work autonomously and to take initiative
• Multi-tasking capacity and decision-taking power
• Great reactivity level, problem-solving attitude
