Role Purpose:
As a Global Supplier Support Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing our global supplier support activities. From facilitating registration processes to navigating online portals and responding to tenders, your expertise will drive efficiency and excellence in supplier interactions. This role requires flexibility and adaptability to varying shifts and demands.

Base Location: Navi Mumbai
Reporting to: Deputy General Manager- GSC- Finance
Key Role Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting to global vendors on registration processes, profile management, requalification procedures, and portal navigation.
- Respond promptly and effectively to online tenders (RFQs), ensuring accurate and timely submissions.
- Facilitate invoice creation and document control processes, maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer-centric outcomes and value-driven solutions.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills in English, with proficiency in Arabic considered advantageous.
- Utilize problem-solving abilities to address vendor queries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- Leverage data analytics to generate insights and optimize supplier support processes.
- Work autonomously with a proactive approach, demonstrating initiative and ownership in day-to-day activities.
- Maintain a strong focus on time management and organizational skills, effectively managing multiple tasks and priorities.
Skills & Competencies:
- 5-9 years of successful experience in procurement or vendor management roles, preferably within a large multinational organization.
- Demonstrable track record of achievement in supplier management and service-oriented environments.
- Proficiency in e-sourcing applications and experience with reporting and data analytics.
- Strong organizational background with a keen attention to detail.
- Certification or working towards CPS qualification is advantageous.
- Flexibility to work in different time zones and shifts.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with users across various regions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze situations, identify issues, and propose effective solutions.
Education & Qualifications:
- Bachelor`s degree and above.
