Your role
As our new Assistant Manager, your primary focus will be to oversee the intake operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently between our Brands and our warehouses. You`ll be the key point of contact for overseeing brand bookings, resolving delivery queries, and ensuring compliance with our high standards.
You will lead a talented team of data and administrative professionals who are pivotal in processing, correcting, and managing critical data that drives our operations. In this dynamic role, you`ll work closely with our warehouse intake team to ensure stock is accurately managed and service levels remain exceptional. Your leadership will extend to collaborating with top brands, guiding them through a seamless onboarding process, and fostering strong, long-lasting partnerships that are vital to our success. You`ll also be responsible for prioritising and resolving all levels of queries, ensuring data integrity is maintained, and negotiating with external partners to ensure operations run without a hitch.
Your expertise in supply chain processes and your ability to handle intricate scenarios with precision will be essential. About you
We are looking for an individual who loves to roll up their sleeves and solve problems, taking ownership of issues instead of passing them along.
We need a strong communicator, skilled at liaising between the warehouse and external Brands to ensure seamless operations. Your resilience and thick skin allow you to navigate challenges with confidence. Highly organised, you can manage tasks reactively when needed, but you`re also proactive in bringing innovative ideas to the table for long-term solutions.
Your ability to balance immediate demands with strategic thinking makes you an invaluable asset to our team.
