The Role: 

 

  • Lead a high-performing, hard working sales team focusing on accelerating growth and exceeding customer expectations, ensuring you attract and retain top talent.
  • Have an entrepreneurial leadership style, with full responsibility to lead, drive and deliver new Cloud sales revenues across Applications.
  • Implement the Oracle Applications strategy throughout the territory, driving customer success.
  • Manage Rep performance through objectives, targets and with regular, transparent 1:1 feedback.
  • Develop long-term sustainable relations with senior-level customers and partners.
  • Collaborate with successful and supportive functions, enabling you and your team’s success.

 

What you’ll bring:

  • Experience leading sales teams
  • Experience with SaaS Applications  
  • Motivated and a target-driven sales leader
  • Fluent in French & English
