Job Description:
Client Interaction:
Greet clients warmly and assist them with the check-in process.
Provide information about pantry services and answer general inquiries.
Assist clients in filling out necessary forms and documents.
Administrative Support:
Manage front desk operations, including answering phones and responding to emails.
Maintain accurate records of client visits and pantry inventory.
Assist in scheduling appointments or coordinating special services as needed.
Data Entry:
Enter and update client information in the database.
Track and report on pantry usage and inventory levels.
Customer Service:
Address and resolve any client issues or concerns in a professional manner.
Ensure that clients have a positive experience and receive the support they need.
Pantry Operations:
Assist with organizing and stocking pantry items as needed.
Support the preparation and distribution of food packages.
Cleaning and Maintenance:
Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and presentable.
Report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor.
- Perform business operations duties for assigned area of responsibility
- Provide excellent customer service to clients
- Ability to prioritize and take initiative
- Assist with various projects, activities and tasks related to business operations
- Ability to comply with University policies
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance
