IN THIS ROLE, YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:
- Integrate and digitize end-to-end supply chain solutions within a “digital control tower” concept, which may include system and process development/implementation
- Document, analyze, and improve business processes in preparation for digital solutions
- Enable cross-functional flow of information and operationalize that information within automated and/or predictive systems
- Guide organization through the change management process aligning Supply Chain process evolution with functional leads and other partners to deliver scalable solutions for the global organization
- Ensure digital security and continuity
- Develop and implement the digital supply chain road map and support investments through robust ROI assessment and project management
- Collaborate across the enterprise to guide supply chain-related technology projects and enterprise application implementation
- Research and identify emerging technologies that apply to supply chain organization
- Develop collaborative cross-functional teams to support alignment and standard process sharing
- Must be able to learn from stakeholders, internalize and then develop and implement sophisticated digital solutions
WHO YOU ARE:

FOR THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED:
- Bachelor`s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, Business, or related field
- 5+ years experience in a related role
- Demonstrated ability to conceptualize, plan, align, and implement transformational processes and/or digital processes
- Understanding of end-to-end supply chain and operations processes including S&OP, Material Planning, Buying, Scheduling (ATP & CTP), Forecasting, PO/SO, Logistics, Inventory Management (Safety Stock, Replenishment, etc), eKanban, Reporting and Analytics
- Ability to lead multiple tasks simultaneously at multiple worldwide locations
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time (both domestic and international) when business needs arise
- Successfully interacts with a dispersed leadership team and others across functions and sites
- Legal Authorization to work in the United States, sponsorship will not be provided for this role
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS THAT SET YOU APART:
- Familiarity with Oracle ERP systems, cloud based and automation related systems
- MBA preferred
- Kaizen process mapping, project management, facilitation, and related skills
