Financial Analyst

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Analyze financial results and forecasts for Emerson Flow Controls North America Central Staff
- Review and Analyze Inventory
- Manage Freight Reporting
- Work closely with the sites on Hourly Productivity
- Review and Analyze Ex 100s
- Review HFM Financial Statements by Site
- Quarterly and Annual Reporting
- Prepare and Load HFM Forecast
- Prepare recurring and ad hoc reporting and analysis
You anticipate needs and provide solutions that are beyond expectations. You enjoy multi-tasking and apply knowledge of the organization to advance multiple objectives. You deliver messages in a clear, compelling, and concise manner. You gain the confidence and trust of others easily.
- BA or BS in Accounting, Finance or related major
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Strong financial analytical skills
- Highly motivated, self-starter, ability to prioritize multiple projects, and meet various targets.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with numerous finance departments and all levels of management.
- Advanced English skills
- Hyperion (HFM) experience
- Data analytics skills
