2. Document inspection findings and assist in maintaining accurate records under the guidance of the Inspection Manager.
3. Stay updated on food safety regulations and certifications, reporting any concerns to the Inspection Manager.
4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address compliance issues and implement corrective actions.
5. Assist in training sessions and emergency response efforts as directed by the Inspection Manager.
6. Ensure adherence to all health, safety, and environmental regulations during inspections.
7. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inspection processes and outcomes.
8. Provide support in the development of inspection protocols and guidelines.
9. Monitor and report on the implementation of corrective actions to ensure compliance.
10. Engage with vendors to provide guidance on maintaining compliance and improving quality standards.
