Oracle’s EMEA Applications Marketing team is looking for a creative, results-oriented B2B Campaign Manager with experience in the Technology industry to undertake a multi-faceted role leading campaign planning, execution and reporting with a strong focus on digital.
The successful candidate must be commercially minded, have a proven track record at managing multiple stakeholders at both Global and regional level, and be adept at driving integrated campaigns across a diverse region to meet pipeline targets.
Responsibilities
- Understand regional TAMs & real-time pipeline status to propose, monitor and optimise an integrated, cross channel digital campaign strategy which drives measurable pipeline gains against targets.
- Act as an advisor to the regional FEMA teams to drive the appropriate in market publisher and demand generation channel strategy aligned to the regional TAM, and then collaborate with the Global Digital team for buy-in and activation.
- Act as the liaison with the Global Digital team to convey regional GTM priorities and pipeline creation needs for the campaigns owned.
- Collaborate with EMEA Strategic Partner Marketing to educate partners on the campaigns owned, facilitate partner enablement on campaigns, and to identify and partner on opportunities for joint demand generation initiatives.
- Define Global campaign content & digital asset (ads, email, etc) localisation requirements to activate & optimise the Digital strategy planned, and work in partnership with the GTM Marketing team to fulfil.
- Programme manage campaign activation via digital channels across the region, including the localisation & translation process, working in partnership with the Global Execution team.
- Work in collaboration with regional FEMA teams to deliver Sales Development Representative (SDR) enablement to ensure timely and effective follow-up for digital MQLs.
- Closely monitor lead flow and pipeline creation across the region for owned & paid digital channels, and solicit feedback from the SDR teams, to identify optimisations required for pipeline targets to be met.
- Maintain regular connects with the Global digital channel teams to inform them of optimisation requirements and to facilitate weekly MQL, opportunity & pipeline forecasts.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Marketing qualifications (preferable)
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in the delivery of B2B multi-channel demand generation campaigns with an emphasis on digital. Software and technology experience is a plus.
- Strong knowledge and practical experience (preferable) of digital marketing channels.
- Attention to detail, follow-through, and strong project management skills to meet deadlines.
- Experience of working with complex teams, and across multiple geographies and cultures.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with business-level English.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, drive clarity, and influence Global campaign and digital strategies.
- Strong influencing skills to define and present EMEA ideas and requirements to the global marketing teams and secure agreement to support.
- Decisive but flexible, and able to perform and adapt quickly in a dynamic, rapidly changing and fast-paced environment.
