Must have skills:

• Good understanding of Server Virtualization solution like VMware vSphere, Hyper-V, Nutanix etc..
• Buildmanage virtual infrastructure for our clients.
• Secure the infrastructure with latest OS patch, drivers & firmware. 
• Perform daily operational and pro-active checks to maintain availability.
• Buildmanage Citrix XenApp & Desktop for ITWx clients. 
• Maintain the Citrix infrastructure with latest patchCU’s.
• Perform daily operational and pro-active checks on Citrix XenApp & Desktop.
• Experience with Citrix MCS & PVS image management.
• Strong troubleshooting skills on Citrix and hosted applications. 
• Hands on experience in managing GPOCitrix policies.
• Develop SOP documents and implement best practices.
• Support 24x7 On-call and troubleshoot critical events. 
• Perform capacity planning.

 

Good to have skills:

• Deep understanding on VDI solutions like VMware Horizon & Citrix.
• Hands on experience on managing Dell VxRail, Cisco UCS and HP blade servers. 
• Train and mentor junior Engineers on Server Virtualization solutions.
