Manager - Transport Operations - Contract Logistics
• Candidate should be from transport/logistics/background only, and he should have minimum 5 to 10 years’ experience in the similar profile.
• Good communicational skills
• Data Analysis and Report preparation
• Experience to Manage large team and manage them as per business requirements.
• Geographic knowledge of North India.
• Knowledge of PTL / LTL / FTL /Milk Run operation.
• Identify new transport vendors and their onboarding as per company process
• Daily MIS support to Customer & DPW management.
• Daily/Monthly internal/external audit.
• Making sure vehicles are properly maintained
• Maintaining and completing accurate records
• Knowledge of transport methods, costs, and benefits
• Ability to work well with others
• Complex problem-solving skills
