We currently have an opportunity to join East Suffolk Services Limited Community Services team as a CCTV Operator.
Your role:
We are looking for an experienced candidate with a professional and calming approach, to work within our dedicated team to be responsible for proactive and reactive monitoring and responding to Closed Circuit Television pictures (CCTV), airwaves radio system and Town link radios, 24:7, without direct supervision.
The chosen candidate must have the ability to manage workloads and deal with sensitive situations whilst under pressure.
The candidate will be required to be flexible, working a 24-hour shift pattern that includes weekdays, weekends, day shifts and night shifts. The role includes shift allowance on top of the base salary.
What you will need:
The successful candidate will need experience of CCTV operations, dealing with external partners and have the ability to work on own initiative.
CCTV SIA licence along with a full driving licence is essential for this role.
