A Day in the Life:

The Fleet Accounting Lead Processor will be responsible for generating daily payment reports timely and accurately, processing of OEM invoices to the correct purchase orders, and work Accounts Payable (AP) aging reports. As a lead processor they will also be responsible for assisting and training other team members and prepare analytics and metrics for the team.

The starting rate for this position is $19.00 per hour. 

What You’ll Do:

• Verify invoices are accurate prior to processing.
• Review OEM contract to setup payment terms and pricing. 
• Flagging any invoice terms or pricing issues.
• Coding invoices to the accurate purchase order.
• Entering and uploading invoices into the Accounts Payable (AP) systems of either an IBM base system and/or Oracle.
• Provide supporting documents for audits.

 

What We’re Looking For:

• 3 years experience in processing in a team environment
• Some continuing education or work experience
• Efficient knowledge in Microsoft 365
• Oracle experience, a plus
• Must be an aggressive self-starter and able to prioritize with minimal guidance from supervisor with goal-oriented mindset
• Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across multiple functions and locations
• Flexible and adaptable; ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills  
• Ability to adapt to process and organizational change
• Ability to keep a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
• Courageous leadership and accountability.
