Security and Privacy Compliance Principal
This position will require coordinating, communicating, and working effectively with engineering and development teams, product managers, legal departments and other security teams to detect gaps, design remediations and oversee its resolution.
In this role you will work with various legal teams, to present different use-cases and obtain their feedback in effective and understandable way. You will be required to provide input in a clear and sound way as we need to speak with people with different backgrounds. Legal knowledge associated with the mentioned scope (privacy and security) is preferred, but a legal degree is not required. It is expected to participate in contract reviews, involving different stakeholders, to provide security and privacy context. Contract reviews can be related to subprocessors, mergers and acquisitions, partners and other 3rd parties.
Another emerging area is AI/ML project, and you will support the expansion and quality of processes and reviews according to the business needs and latest regulatory updates.
