Job Title: Journalism Student Worker

Work Schedule: 10 hours per week on Monday and Wednesdays must be available 1:00-3:00 the other 6 hours are flexible.

Desired Length of Employment: Fall/Ongoing

Pay Rate: 12/hr

Job Description: The student worker will be assisting Professor Kevin Tankersley with attendance and other duties for a large course he teaches on MW 1:00-2:15.  When not assisting Professor Tankersley the student will assist with administrative duties in the Journalism office.

• Perform business operations duties for assigned area of responsibility 
• Provide excellent customer service to clients  
• Ability to prioritize and take initiative 
• Assist with various projects, activities and tasks related to business operations 
• Ability to comply with University policies  
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance
