Position Description
The Kibali Gold Mine Team is seeking to recruit a Recruitment Officer to join and grow our team.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Senior Recruitment Officer in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies.
- Write and publish recruitment advertisements on various platforms under the direction of the Senior Recruitment Officer.
- Identify potential candidates using job boards, social media and networking.
- Review resumes and screen qualified candidates with attention to detail.
- Conduct initial telephone or video (Webex call) interviews and prepare candidates for subsequent interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Prepare interview questions and evaluation forms based on the guidelines provided by the Senior Recruitment Officer.
- Participate in interviews with candidates and assist in decision-making.
- Conduct reference checks and background checks.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear and professional communication.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the requirements of the positions to be filled.
- Support the onboarding process of new employees.
- Maintain detailed records of the recruitment process and ensure administrative follow-up.
- Monitor and analyse key recruitment metrics, providing regular reports.
- Stay informed of industry trends and recruitment best practices.
- Performing other tasks according to company guidelines to ensure optimal and safe operation.
- Work in compliance with ISO 14001 and 45001 Standards.
Qualification Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, Business Management or its equivalent.
Experience and Skills Requirements:
- Be a Congolese national.
- Not be subject to any legal proceedings.
- Have a good knowledge of computer tools.
- Have a good knowledge of French (reading and writing).
- Be proactive, punctual and expeditious and attentive to detail.
- Have at least 3-5 years of experience in the field of recruitment or a similar role.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Experience with online recruitment tools and applicant management platforms.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle complex tasks with precision.
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices and labour market trends.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Fluency in English (oral and written) is an asset.
- Be confidential for matters that need to be confidential.
- Be able to produce a report in a timely manner.
- Resilience, flexibility and ability to manage multiple tasks on a daily basis and in emergency conditions.
