We are seeking an inspirational and innovative Head of Geography to lead our Geography Department to new heights. Every student engages with geography throughout KS3, with a significant number continuing their journey at GCSE level.

Your role:
- Drive the strategic direction of the Geography curriculum, ensuring it remains dynamic, relevant, and engaging
- Inspire and lead a team of talented Geography teachers, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment
- Champion innovative teaching practices that ignite students’ passion for Geography and empower them to excel academically
- Engage with our wider community, building strong relationships with parents, carers, and local organisations to enrich the educational experience.
