We are looking for a Customer Service Representative, who will be primarily responsible to guarantee a positive customer experience and ensure quick and reliable processing of customer orders from booking to invoicing. Manage speedy and knowledgeable responses to assist customer at any stage of his order and pro-actively solve any problems.
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Receiving and Booking Customer Purchase orders timely and correctly.
- Respond to all customer inquiries within 24 hours.
- Ensure all orders are accurately entered to meet product specifications, agreed delivery times, certifications, and documentation requirements.
- Conduct weekly calls with Operations to provide order updates and ensure alignment with customer request dates.
- Collaborate across multiple subject areas to ensure timely entry, release from holds, scheduling, and execution of orders.
- Provide customers with order status updates at every stage
- Prioritize order execution by working closely with planners, buyers, and the plant to meet customer requirements.
- Proactively handle order backlogs.
- Follow up on commitments and delivery achievements with relevant teams.
- Handle change order and cancellation requests efficiently.
- Support all inquiries related to orders from quoting and booking through invoicing.
- Assist with return material requests as needed.
- Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor project progress and address potential issues proactively.
- Propose process improvements and implement corrective actions effectively.
- Analyze risks and opportunities to optimize outcomes.
- Strive to improve delivery service levels continuously.
Who You Are:
You have a high sense of urgency and act proactively. You anticipate customer needs and go above and beyond by providing exceptional service. Leverage customer insights to guide the development of new offerings and improvements.- You deliver messages clearly, timely, and concisely. Actively listen to others and confirm understanding to build and nurture strong relationships.
- You have strong analytical skills and use available information to make suggestions and take decisions.
- You take prompt and effective actions on changing situations. Show initiative in challenging circumstances and seek out opportunities for improvement.
For This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of demonstrated experience supporting customers
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
- Experience using Oracle is preferred but not required
