Representative Technical Support

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- To provide customers with information regarding products.
- To educate, promote, or sell products to customers to help meet their needs; suggest support literature, videos, and other marketing tools according to the company’s established programs and marketing initiatives.
- To process orders received by telephone, fax, and email.
- To assist customers in tracking shipments and determining their status.
- To process and authorize returns.
- To partner with customers to diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems.
- To effectively identify and evaluate alternative solutions to customer concerns before making decisions in a timely manner.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in any 4-year course.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven experience in using personal computers and Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- College undergraduates with relevant work experience and fresh graduates with excellent English communication skills are welcome to apply.
