Software Developer 1
Job Duties: Design, develop, troubleshoot and/or test/QA software. As a member of the software engineering division, apply knowledge of software architecture to perform tasks associated with developing, debugging, or designing software applications or operating systems according to provided design specifications. Build enhancements within an existing software architecture and/or suggest improvements to the architecture. May telecommute. (385.31766)
Employer will accept a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field and 1 year of experience in the job offered or in Software Developer-related occupation. Position requires:
1. Software architecture and design;
2. Design software applications according to provided design specifications;
3. Design and develop operating systems according to provided design specifications;
4. Debug software applications;
5. Build enhancements utilizing BML, Java, Javascript, HTML and GIT within an existing software architecture;
6. Suggest improvements to the architecture following a Scaled Agile or DevOps development framework.
