System Integration Intern

Emerson’s Process Systems and Solutions business develops automation software to streamline manufacturing processes. We are looking for a System Integration Intern (Summer 2025) who is interested in gaining real-world experience in a dynamic, collaborative environment at our Round Rock, TX location.
As a System Integration Intern, you will work with senior Emerson Technology team mentors to help the team improve its ability to deliver world-class high quality process control products built across web, cloud, PC and embedded platforms with locally developed hardware
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Develop new tools to enhance software testing productivity
- Learn to use DeltaV Distributed Control System and maintain our test systems
- Implement DeltaV Control strategies, graphics development and improve system configuration
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university entering either their junior or senior year
- Pursuing a degree in Chemical, Electrical, Computer Science or related STEM field
- Self-directed with the ability to meet schedule requirements
- Highly motivated with exceptional attention to detail
- Legal authorization to work in the United States. Sponsorship will not be provided for this position.
- Previous internship experience in a professional environment
