The Role:

• Contribute to delivering new systems or modifying existing ones through business analysis.
• Understand the needs of internal/external clients, mainly through interviews.
• Identify, describe, and validate business solutions to meet end users’ requirements.
• Document business requirements in a structured form for translation into functional and technical specifications.
• Consider non-functional requirements such as equipment capacity, operating time, and desired results.
• Assess the business implications of technology applications.
• Evaluate the impact on internal teams and external clients.
• Determine which business requirements can be automated and integrate these functions into business and IT processes.
• Facilitate communication between business and IT communities.
• Validate functional designs derived from business analysis.
• Support the preparation and execution of testing phases and roll-out (e.g., client documentation).
• Analyze moderately complex business requirements, processes, and IT systems.

Requirements:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills to work effectively across divisions and locations.
• Experience with documenting processes, controls, and best practices.
• Good analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated, eager to learn, and proactive working approach.
• Knowledgeable on agile frameworks or methods.
• Ability to work independently with support from senior colleagues.
• Team-player.
• Experience in the financial industry or IT environment is an asset. 
• Experience with AI is an asset.
