Senior Talent Acquisition Partner
Position Summary
The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for the development of recruitment and talent attraction strategies and recruiting processes across Oceania. This is an individual contributor role which is designed to drive talent acquisition efforts to secure the best possible talent and contribute to the DP World`s overall success and growth at the Oceania cluster level.
Key Accountabilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process across the Oceania corporate functions from identifying staffing needs to onboarding the selected candidates. The end-to-end recruitment process is a comprehensive approach to identifying, attracting, evaluating, offer management and on-boarding documentation.
- Implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage with high-quality candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals
- Manage all aspects of the recruitment metrics and data to assess the performance of the talent acquisition function. Including the preparation, presentation and analysis of regular reports on recruitment metrics, process improvements, and operational effectiveness
- Manage the consistency of recruitment activities across the business through the creation and application of a standard recruitment process
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related discipline
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in talent acquisition (TA) or recruitment, with additional focus on TA process management and operations.
- Proven experience in managing recruitment in Australia (or New Zealand).
- A talent magnet – adept at identifying and engaging high-potential candidates that align with our culture.
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret and leverage recruitment data.
- Project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives.
