2. Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
3. Coordinate and conduct HSE training within the market to ensure awareness and adherence to safety protocols.
4. Collaborate with unit managers to integrate HSE considerations into operational and strategic planning.
5. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of HSE initiatives and compliance with regulatory requirements to the F&V Market General Manager.
6. Stay updated on new regulations, industry trends, and best practices in health, safety, and environmental management.
7. Ensure all incidents are reported, investigated, and followed up with corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
8. Maintain accurate records of HSE incidents, inspections, training, and compliance activities.
9. Promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility across all levels of the organization.
10. Develop emergency response plans and coordinate regular drills to ensure preparedness.
11. Liaise with regulatory bodies and industry organizations to ensure alignment with best practices.
12. Provide guidance and support to employees and management on HSE matters.
13. Analyze HSE data and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted initiatives.
14. Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall effectiveness of the HSE program.
