As part of our structured Finance Graduate Programme, you’ll:

We’re seeking talented graduates with a passion for finance and a keen interest in retail. The ideal candidate will have:
- On target to achieve a 2:1 degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with colleagues across the business.
- A proactive, driven attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
