Data Analyst Co-Op
This position is a temporary 8-month co-op assignment from January 2025-August 2025. Only students currently attending college or university will be considered.
As Data Analyst Co-op, You Will:
- Participate in the architecture of data collection and organization methods from various sources including manufacturing and global service partners
- Develop and implement automated routines for data collection, pre-processing, and integrity checks in preparation for analysis
- Work with research and data science teams to perform exploratory data analysis, identifying trends and data features
- Help plan & roadmap new features and functionality
- Work in a multi-disciplinary agile team supporting the research, data science, and prognostics teams in developing and improving AI models
- Assist with designing and conducting experiments in a lab environment to evaluate and validate the performance of the AI models
- Document and present progress/results to the data science and prognostics teams as well as other stakeholders
- Assist with other project activities as assigned

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
- Must be pursuing a Bachelor`s degree in one of the following majors: Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or related engineering or science field.
- Minimum year in school: Junior
- GPA: 2.5 minimum
Preferred Qualifications:
- C#, C++, Java, Python or other object-oriented programming skills desired
- Experience in data collection and pre-processing
- Familiarity with statistical modeling and machine learning methodologies
- Possess strong analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to contribute in a team environment
- Familiarity with data visualization, management, and storage tools are a plus
