Product Manager/Strategy 4-ProdDev
Oracle Health and AI (OHAI) Platform organization is building the next generation healthcare application platform and interoperability services to support the mission-critical healthcare systems. We are seeking a candidate with strong product management experience in platform level products or services.

As a member of the OHAI Platform product org, you will analyze and integrate external customer specifications, suggest and justify product directions and specifications. Other responsibilities include development of new concepts and definition and synthesis of business requirements from internal and external stakeholders, writing product specifications and driving project milestones from design to release.
The right candidate will possess a strong Product Management background, an ability to work backwards from the customers and will have experience launching multiple customer-facing products and features. You must be able to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment, and not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities. This means you are not only able to develop and drive high-level strategic initiatives, but can also roll up your sleeves, dig in and get the job done. Maturity, strong business judgment, a customer-centric mindset, negotiation skills, ability to influence and analytical talent are essential to succeed in this role.
