Transformation Lead in STP Tribe
Division: GDC
You will join the Straight Through Processing (STP) Tribe in the Group Digital Capabilities (GDC) division. The STP tribe is in charge of building capacities to receive the information sent in by our clients or external shareholders or to deliver their reporting produced by our core business services. As STP has been growing in demand, technology, asset and volume of messages processed, the STP Suite solution has been build.
The Tribe being in a strong evolution momentum, many continuous improvement and transformation initiatives arise.
We are looking for a motivated Transformation Lead to join the Tribe Management team.
Together with the STP Transformation Lead, you be supporting a tribe consisting of diverse people in different locations (Belgium, France, Poland) and all working towards the same goals and sharing the same values.

The role:
- Actively and autonomously support ongoing subjects of transformation and improvement in the tribe
- CI needs can touch the following topics, and more:
- People: define and support the actions on expertise development, talent management, people development cycles, overall tribe dynamics…
- People: define and support the life of the tribe through various communication, events and change management actions…
- People: support the delivery improvement through actions on knowledge management, training plans, information sharing…
- Organisation: support the reflections and action plans designed to adapt the organisation to the strategic evolution
- Delivery: support the projects, teams, managers with ideas on how to improve governance, reporting, bodies way of working, etc
- Communication: support communication material through advice on storyline, easy language value of complex topics, simple visuals, summarising topics and keeping them in line with the key messages…
- Way of Working: support the roll-out of new IT-wide processes and procedures, embed or enable embedding of new methods
- While the main delivery of STP is an IT one, the role will add value in all the aspects that are not IT per se, but rather make the glue around the delivery, people, way of working and governance.
Requirements:
- A proven track record in similar complex improvements, transformations or change management initiatives
- A strong ability to analyse/understand a situation, identify the pain points and define the quick wins and/or structural actions that will bring a tangible improvement for its actors and users
- The assertiveness to embark the required stakeholders and make them collaborate towards a goal that is not necessarily the priority in their daily backlog
- A strong analytical mind-set able to summarise complex information, data, processes, interactions and analyse the captured information
- If possible, experience in the financial industry, knowledge of Euroclear business and the terms/terminology used.
