BIW Senior Consultant
Summary:
For the Hungarian Consulting organization, we are looking for a highly skilled DWH Architect to join the local BIW team. The candidate will analyze business requirements in this position and design and develop DWH, Big Data, or AI solutions.
Required experiences:
- Solution background: Data Warehouse (DWH) or Big Data (BD) or Artificial Intelligence (AI)
- Business architect skills: any method and/or experience
- Technologies: (on-prem and/or cloud): Oracle RDBMS, Oracle Data Integrator, Oracle Analytics technologies, data modeling
- Industries: Financial Services, Bank
The position will be in Budapest, Hungary, working with the local team.
Scope:- Reporting to the BIW Consulting Practice Director
- Working with the delivery team
- Delivering successful projects both from a client and Oracle perspective
- Working closely with the client team to understand requirements, business processes, etc.
- Delivering required project scope, specification, design, test, documentation, etc.
- Developing required solutions data architecture, data model, ETL solution with Oracle tools
- Might lead a team of consultants during the project as required
- Supporting Oracle Consulting Sales Team if required to create proposals and proof of concepts
- Working in association with members of local and regional Professional Communities, and sharing knowledge and best practice within the local practice and regional professional communities
- Gathering and analyzing business requirements and documenting that
- Translating customer requirements into functional and technical specifications
- Designing business solutions and developing DWH, BD, AI solutions
- Leading small project teams as required
- Creating various documents, e.g. case studies, demos, presales presentations, and proposals to support the consulting sales representatives
- Identify and communicate opportunities for cross and up-selling
- Corresponding of Oracle administration requirements
- University or College Degree
- Minimum 5 years of relevant project (DWH or similar) experience
- Good consultant skills and experiences
- Strong business analytical skills and experience are required
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Good technical background and practical experience with Oracle technologies and solutions
- Cloud experience would be an advantage
- Industry knowledge of Financial Services/Banking,
- Data mining, Artificial Intelligence, Machine learning practical experiences would be an advantage
- Big Data practical experiences would be an advantage
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Good English skills – spoken and written
- Hungarian advanced/native language skills
