Intermediate implementation professional who analyzes customer needs, configures the solution, and installs it at the customer site.
Credentials and Experience:
Essential:
- Previous experience with the Oracle Hospitality Simphony Point-of-Sale or similar F&B Point-of-Sale software products.
- Tertiary qualification in a Technical or Hospitality Management field
- Knowledge of manual Food & Beverage procedures.
- Familiarity with relational database management systems such as Oracle 12c, 19c Database Server is preferred.
- Good working knowledge of TCP/IP networks, PC’s and troubleshooting techniques.
- Good knowledge of Hardware - Workstations, Printers and any peripherals.

- Analytical problem solving skills.
- Project Delivery skills.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Superior communication skills, written and verbal.
