CAHSS / CAHSS College Office.

Open Ended Contract - Permanent.

Part Time - 21 Hours Per Week.

The Opportunity:

As part of our commitment to high quality admissions support, we are seeking to appoint two Admissions Administrators to provide administrative support to the Undergraduate Admissions Office within the College of Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences. Admissions Administrators play an important role in enhancing communication with applicants, enquirers and all customers, through all stages of the application cycle. Experience of working in a professional and customer focused environment is essential for this role. The post holder will be responsible for supporting the admissions work for a range of programmes and selection areas from across the College’s 13 Schools. 

You must enjoy working in a team environment within a busy customer focused office, and be able to work independently. Attention to detail, a flexible approach to working, excellent communication and organisational skills, and the ability to prioritise are essential.

One part-time post 0.6 FTE (21 hours per week)

  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Proven excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven excellent customer service skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to organise effectively to meet conflicting targets, deadlines and workloads.
  • Ability to sustain a high performance whilst in a high volume environment.
