Key responsibilities
- Ensure that the businesses Won are onboarded through SOP and digitizing the same in the system.
- Be a support for Online bookings made for Integrated customers who use our services for intermodal solutions on an active platform.
- Utilize data analytics tools and techniques to extract insights from operational data and drive data-driven decision making.
- Collaborate and support account management group to build impactful resources and documents such as data analysis reports, presentations, operational documents, business cards, account cards etc.
- Develop and maintain performance metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of process improvements.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings, recommendations, and progress to senior management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in logistics and supply chain management.
- Plan and prepares technical reports/ instructional manuals as documentation of data analysis or reports.
Skills and Competencies
- Advance Analytical skills of data review and reporting to build meaningful summary of data points (KPIs/customer expectations/SLAs)
- Ability to build powerful and meaningful dashboards using micro soft office tools.
- Innovative thinking (for out of the box solutions)
- Ability to demonstrate strong presentation skills using micro soft tools.
- Strong communication (as the liaison between the Businesses) including listening/ patience.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and delivering exceptional service.
- Resourcefulness – ability to find solutions to solve customer issues.
