Postdoctoral Research Associate in Sustainable E-waste Recycling

The Opportunity:
This Post-Doctoral Research Associate position will focus on the chemical separation and recovery of critical and valuable metals from electronic waste as part of the Responsible Electronics and Circular Technologies Centre (REACT), one of UKRI’s Accelerating the Green Economy programmes.
Your skills and attributes for success:
- Detailed knowledge of coordination and supramolecular chemistry
- Experience in characterising complexes in solution and the solid state
- Experience in chemical synthesis and quantitative analysis
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team and wider network
- Ability to engage with industry to develop impact
