Job family : Client Experience

Part of the Client Experience division, the Client onboarding teams welcome the clients, support them in their system configuration, proceed with connectivity testing and migrate their assets to Euroclear platforms if applicable. 

Within the client onboarding group, the client support teams facilitate smooth technical interactions and transitions for clients, ensuring they have a dedicated team to address their connectivity needs and configuration questions.

Testing & Migration team oversees two main tasks across products: 

  • Testing which main task is the connectivity set-up & testing with clients
  • Migration which main task is transferring the assets of new & existing clients.

We are looking for a team member for the Testing part and to cover the Funds product. 


 
General Description :
  • Receives and processes moderately complex customer orders, inquiries and/or complaints covering items or products ordered. 
  • Maintains an ongoing relationship with selected customers and sales staff. Uses knowledge of products, product availability, sales territories, and individual customers to provide a key communications link to the customer. 
  • Exercises judgment and discretion, and functions independently within authorized limits; *and according to benchmarks and KPIs. 
  • Typically requires analysis, judgment, and sensitivity to customer needs
 
Role :
  • Implement a test plan listing all actions required to ensure a timely and smooth on boarding of clients and agents in production. 
  • Follow-up deadlines with key stakeholders 
  • Identify and escalate any issues which may put the client / TA in production at risk.
  • Provide support for communication channel related questions for the different internal teams in the organization
  • Build knowledge on the different Funds communication channels (ISO 15022, 20022, browser and browser upload, file transfer)
     
Requirements : 
  • Is fully autonomous in answering client queries both by phone and written in one domain .
  • Can work on different actions of the TIP and contribute to projects as a coordinator for the team.
  • Posseses experience in FundSettle
  • Is under 26 years of age
  • Has an active student status
