We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic Head Chef to join our busy Catering Team at Seckford Care. The working hours are 43 hours per week for 52 weeks per year. The shift pattern ranges from 7am – 4pm or 8.30am – 5.30pm, Monday – Friday plus working every other weekend 7am – 3pm.
Experience of working in a kitchen or catering setting is essential for this role. A relevant catering qualification and a certificate in Food Safety Level 2 is also essential.
You will be responsible for:
- running our busy kitchen
- overseeing a team of four staff
- delivering a high-quality food provision to our residents
- reporting to the Catering Manager for the Seckford Foundation
- supporting the management team at Seckford Care.
